No personally identifiable information is collected when you browse our website. Personally identifiable information is only collected when you request a training, or request that we contact you, and in these cases, the only information collected is what is required to fulfill your request.
Specifically, when you request a training, we ask that you fill out a form and provide basic minimal personal information, such as your name, telephone number and email address, so that we can fulfill your request. When you submit such a request, we may need to send you one or more emails to fulfill that request. For example, we may need to email you confidential information that is not available on the website in order for you to successfully obtain access to the training. If you do not make the intended purchase and want to think about it for a while, you will have to contact us again later. We do not send email reminders unless you requested and we agreed to do so. We do not send newsletters.
When you request a training we will issue an invoice to be paid via bank transaction. Along with the invoice we will provide you next steps and will keep in touch with you until receiving your login confirmation.

Should you wish to revoke your consent in regards to receiving communications from us after having consented to the same, you can contact us your with your opt-out request. We will respond within at most one week from the date we receive your opt-out request.
Due to the nature of our business, unless instructed otherwise, we retain the information we collect for as long as needed, for various reasons, such as to provide our services and to comply with our legal obligations. We may correct, update or remove incomplete or inaccurate information, at any time and at our own discretion.
Cyberstrat respects the right of individuals to be forgotten. At any time, should you wish to view, change or update your Personal Information stored with us, or should wish that we erase your Personal Information, you may communicate this request by contacting us. This website does not offer information intended to attract children. Cyberstrat does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 18.
